Rio Music Conference’s Global Edition is set to happen for the ninth time in Rio de Janeiro between the 15th and 28th of February.
The conference — which consists in more than 100 activities, including lectures, debates, seminars, workshops, speed coaching and business rounds — will take place in Museu de Arte do Rio (MAR), on February 15, 16 and 17th.
The biggest players of the electronic music and live entertainment industry such as entrepreneurs, artists and other professionals will attend the event.
The topics to be discussed are those for which this market has most interest, from marketing, sponsorship and branding experience sectors; technical and music production; copyrights; public policies; event management and other cultural endeavors; artist management; technology; to main global trends for the great productive chain of electronic music, of show business, parties and festivals.
There will be in RMC 2017 the release of our Market Yearbook, a wide publication containing facts and ongoings of this industry for the past year, in addition to bringing forward the winners of the VI RMC Awards, that highlights 2016’s “Best of the Year” divided into more than 15 categories.
It is also part of our extensive schedule the traditional Rio Music Carnival, the closing festival for RMC, between February 24th and 28th, at Marina da Glória and other locations TBA. Rio Music Carnival occurs during Rio’s carnival holidays, presenting five days of partying to a line-up of the best national and international artists.
